Dear Members,

Question is regarding the business/personal bank statements for ILR.

1) how many months of business bank statements needed?

2) My 1 employee completed 12 months after extension and left the other person I am claiming get wages in cash and mode of payment on the payslip is also Cash. So my question is there is no wages going out from the account however the employee is still working for me. Any issue on this?
