I applied to my ILR on 18/08/19, I am under tier 2 category. my five years started from 06/10/2014
and should be finishing on 05/10/2019. however, I applied
for the next day service and i thought rule apply to the date of
appointment, which is 20/09/19 not the the day of online submission.i
applied on 18/08/19 which is early by around two weeks from the date i
should apply on, 07/09/2019. what should i do now?
withdraw my application? will i get a refund? should i leave the
application? i paid around 13 k for 4 people
date of online application 18/08/19
5-year completion date 05/10/19
28 days before 07/09/19
date of super priority 20/09/19

You literally tagged your question on a topic which I provided the advice you were looking for BUT still didn't manage to notice it !!! :?
The date of application is the date of online submission HOWEVER you should be eligible for ILR on the date of decision. So you should be fine as your date of decision you will be eligible for ILR

There is no rule it is a concession made by HO. Also it is easy to understand why it is there, it is compatible with the section 3C extension of leave.

Thank you again and sorry to bother you but i am in a desperate situation. i called the Ho and i was told it is up to the discretion of the case worker who can accept or refuse the application. i can see the concession but lease correct me if i am wrong, does it apply to counting the qualifying period not the application time? i mean there is a difference between when you should apply and how do they count the qualifying period which are not the same issue.

I provided the information on the subject. You either can accept it or continue with what you are convinced to be true

Thank you very much, i have two questions
1- i switched from t4 to t2 and i was in the UK and allowed to work. i started my work on 06/10/2014 and it is confirmed in my cos certificate, however, my visa approval came on 26/10/14. which date should i consider when i count for the qualifying period, actual work or visa approval?
2- what is max time allowed between the biometrics and online application submission through the super priority service? i mean is there any time limit between the bimoetrics and the application?
THANK YOU

You need to relax

Visa issue date. COS date is irrelevant
2- what is max time allowed between the biometrics and online application submission through the super priority service? i mean is there any time limit between the biometrics and the application?
You should book and attend the appointment within 40 days

much appreciated, is there any link to the 40 day between the biometrics and the application? is it compulsory? do you mean the work i ve done before the visa will not be counted even if i supply the pay slip etc?

That is the max days you get in the system or else your application will be invalid. The payslips will be submitted as based on your application date
