Absence letter from previous employer-ILR

Dear All

I am in process of applying for ILR next month September 2019. I have all other documents ready except the absence letter from my previous employer whom I left last month July 2019. They are not willing to provide me the letter because I left their organization.

From sep 2011 until now aug 2019 I have had only short visits (outside UK) maximum of 2 weeks each time for total 8 times. I haven’t been for holidays outside UK since May 2018 until now. All the dates of my visits are clearly stamped on my passport.

Do I still need to get the letter from my previous employer?? If I don’t get what is the other best option.

I am so worried thinking abt it as I don’t want my application to be delayed even though I am planning to go for a super priority option.

Need your help 🙏
Thanks
JJ

You do not need a letter if the absences were below 30 days in a residence year
