PBS Dependant (Tier 1 Entrepreneur) Qualifying Period

Hi,
My wife and son were originally issued PBS dependant leave on 25/09/2014 till 29/12/2017. She entered UK on 1/10/2014. The leave was extended (Still PBS Dependant) from 06/12/2017 till 06/12/2020 while I got ILR under the accelerated route.
I know this has been answered before but I sure could use help of mods just to double check the dates as I don’t want to risk a refusal for PBS dependants.
Is it safe to apply for ILR on 29 August 2019 (this week)? 25 September - 28 days comes out as 28 August 2019 for me.

Yes correct. But if I was you I would still give 1-2 extra days on top and apply on/after 30th.
Note: Date of application is the day you pay and submit application online. Do not submit before you qualify. Biometric date is irrelevant.

I know I might be chastised for bumping but willing to accept it for ensuring I don’t talk to up the application for my dependants.

What more do you expect from mods?? You have been given accurate information which is also freely available on HO's website and numerous sticky topics on the forum.
