AFTER ILR CAN YOU CLAIM BACK HEALTH SURCHARGES

I want to get some information regarding health surcharges. My partner Initially she she got 4 years and 5 months visa as tier 2 dependant. now later on we got the extension for 3 years as tier 2 dependant which will expire in aug 2022.she is eligible for ILR In next couple of months. i just want to know after getting ILR CAN WE CLAIM BACK the health surcharges for remaining more than 2 and half years. Please advice.

You will not get a refund if:

your visa application is successful but you do not come to the UK
you leave the UK before your visa ends, for example to make a new application
you’re told to leave the UK before your visa expires
you’re applying for indefinite leave to remain or changing to another visa where you do not need to pay the IHS
