Hi All,
I'm on ILR via Tier 1 general 5 year route.
Child born in India in Oct 2017 and at that time we got PBS dependent visa for child with same visa end date (16 oct 2019) as mother (my wife). Now since wife have completed 5 year stay in UK, I'm going to apply for her ILR using super premium appointment next week.
My question:
1. Do I need to apply for child's ILR or I can apply for his british passport directly ?
If I only apply for wife's ILR, then child has both parents who are on ILR. So I was confused if I can skip child ILR and apply for his passport directly.
Or he too needs to get ILR and be on it for 12 months in order to apply for british passport ?

You need to apply for child's ilr as child is not UK born.
Child can apply for citizenship when they have ilr and either parent is also applying for citizenship and the other parent holds ilr.
The child has no entitlement to a British passport or registering as British.

hi again...i have paid super priority fees and now looking to book next day appointment for 400 pounds. It is available at Sopra Steria 20 Mark lane, london.
Is this correct address ? or does it even exists ? becuase I can't see 20 mark lane address as location for sopra steria. Also i read online that this location is for only Tier 4 ? If yes then why is it allowing me to book for tier 1 pbs dependent ?
What other locations allow next day appointment ?

I saw on google maps and cant find this address. I can only see 63 mark lane and 70 mark lane on google street view.
Is this 20 mark lane in the glass building which has Chop'd salad bar on ground floor ?
Sorry for this silly question but i want to make sure i know the building well as i will have kid with me..so dont want to run around.
