Missing questions in SET LR form

Hi
While searching these boards to see what supporting documents to upload for my ILR LR application, I came across
this post and realised I had a similar problem, i.e. the list of documents required do not include Like in the UK certificate and English language. Unfortunately, I have already submitted the application so there's no way to check. However, there's no way I should have been able to proceed without answering those questions, so I have to assume that something happened in the website, especially given that it was around the same time as the other poster. Doing a dummy run, I immediately noticed some other questions that are missing, e.g. asking about length of time at current address.
I have already uploaded my Life in UK certificate and UK degrees, but was just worried there were other things missing that could influence the outcome of my application.

Have you already attended your UKVCAS appointment?
If not, upload your LIUK and English Language Certificate along with any other missing info along with a cover letter explaining. LIUK and English Language is mandatory.

Some members tend to upload after the appointment also as the account stays active. So wanted to make sure its done BEFORE the appointment.

Thanks for all the replies. My appointment is next week, so I'll whip up a cover letter to include as well.
