Salary and hour for Tier2 ILR

Dear all, I'm on Tier 2 and will need to apply for ILR in this November
My Tier 2 code is 2424 business manager
The appropriate salary needs to be more than 36300
the ILR is 35800
My question is:
36300 and 35800 are they both referring to a 38 hour working week?
If i have a 40 hour working week does it mean i need to earn 38210?
job code salary: 36300*40/38=38210
ILR salary 35800*40/38= 37684.21
