I hope I can find an answer for my query here. I have been on a spouse visa for 2 years and then I switched to Tier 2 (general visa) and been already another 3 years so far on this visa.
Am i eligible to apply for ILR since I have completed the 5 continues years in the UK?
Thanks

No because your clock towards ILR reset to zero when you switched into tier 2. Now you have to complete 5 years on tier 2

No, as time spent under different visa categories can only be combined for 10 years long residence. You will have to complete a further 2 years under Tier 2 before applying for ILR under SET(O).
