SET(M) financial requirement

Hi,
Just need to clarify two things for my husband SET(M) application.
1. Financial requirement,
I earn 35k, but I was on maternity leave from May 2018 to May 2019 ( two months full pay, 4 months half pay with statutory mat pay, 3 months tatutory mat pay and last 3months no pay) I have gone back to work full time.
Can I provide two months prior to maternity leave pay slip and 4months after maternity leave pay slips? Along with two years p60?

2. Evidence about my settlement, I got my British nationality in 1999 and I cannot find my nationalisation certificate. Will my passport enough?

Thank you

1. The specified assessment period is 6 months salaried employment. So you either must show the evidence of your salary in the last six months OR evidence of six months salary prior to the date when your maternity started. See this example from the UKVI guide on Appendix FM:
Example (a) The applicant’s partner is in the UK, has recently had a baby and returned to
work from maternity leave 2 months prior to the date of application. Her contracted salary is
£19,400 a year. She has been with her current employer for 2 years but, as she has not been
earning the required level of income for all of the last 6 months because of her maternity
leave, the period to be assessed can be the 6 months before she began her maternity leave.

2. Your passport copy is fine
