Hi,

I am a doctor on tier 2 visa, this is my second year in the UK, unfortunately I have spent almost 110 days outside the UK in the current year. 90 days of them were unpaid leave. Will that affect my ILR eligibility in the future? I have not spent more than 180 days outside the UK in any rolling 12 months.

Unless one of the exceptions listed there are met, the maximum unpaid leave is 4 weeks in any calendar year.
