Tier 1 Ent(50k) to ILR - Dependant query

Hello all,
I am applying for ILR tomorrow on Tier 1 Ent (50k) route next week.
Joined the route - 05/03/2014
Extensions granted - 05/12/2017
Current leave expiring - 05/12/2017
I'm applying for ILR before the expiry of my current leave to remain as I've been in the route for 5 years since March 2019 and have created the required number of jobs in the extension period.
My question relates to my youngest daughter who was born here in the UK in 2013. She has been on my previous applications as a dependant. I'm wondering if it's ok to take her off this ILR application and apply for citizenship for her after I get ILR. We do run the risk of her being an overstayer for a short period of time but want to know if saving some money is worth the risk and if I need to let UKVI know why she's not on this application.
I'd appreciate feedback from admins and more experienced folks.
