Hi,
I am new to this forum, need some help to apply my ILR
Initial Visa valid from 15/12/14
Landed in UK 18/02/15
Valid visa until 01/10/2019
My Partner applied for his ILR Entrepreneur and waiting since 5 months
We are planning to apply for my extension on 01/10/2019
1) can I delay my biometrics for 48 days or there is any other suggestions for me.
2)when is the earliest date i can apply for ILR
3) We live in a rented house, so doesn't have Gas and electricity on our name(Cohabilation documents) Just bank statements, appointment letters from GP, Voters Card, Etc. Are these documents okay..??
Many thanks in advance

Hello group members
I am about to fill my Set 0 form, is it the right form for me.?
Couple of questions
1) Question : what is the end date if your most recent visa,
I entered 1/10/2019
Evidence for not applying before your permission to be in UK expired
Should I say Yes
An in details just mention that "my application is in process" with reference number
2) if I say yes
It is asking me to provide exceptional situation such as a doctor's note or death notice for a close family member (Just provide the Reference number e-mail/printout)
3) Do I have to give both biometrics as I have booked 2nd Extension on 1st Dec ..?
Thanks in advance

SET(O) is the correct form if ur varying a PBS dependant application to ILR.
You must enrol biometrics for pbs dependant application for it to be considered valid.
Write a cover letter stating that ur varying ur application.

Thanks
I'll give both biometrics, will write a covering letter as well.
1) Will I get refund of my extension application automatically or do I have to request them(if yes please do let me know the procedure)
Regards

You should!
If you don’t get a refund soon enough.. you should ask later for both fee and IHS.

By the grace of Almighty my visa has been approved 25th Nov 19 received biometric on 27th
Applied 22nd Super priority
IHS refund on 27th ( May be because my partner paid only 200)Lucky me
My biometric for dependant visa is due on 3rd Dec do you guys still want me to give biometrics..??
Is there no way out, calling/email or LETTER to UKVI wouldn't work.?

That’s fantastic news.
So you got ur ILR without validating(biometric enrolment) ur in time PBS extension application.
No point of biometrics now for previous application. It should considered withdrawn or invalid. Ur free since you’ve got ur ILR.
You’ve got the IHS fee refund now just wait for the extension fee refund.
