Hi,

This is with regards to my wife who is thinking of applying ILR via 10 years route. She is not sure whether the time she spend as my dependent (SET(M)) for last one and half years will be considered for the 10 year route or not.

Details below for my wife:

Entered UK on Student visa: 09/2007
Post-Study Work Visa: 06/2009 - 06/2011
Tier 1 (General): 06/2011 - 06/2013
Tier 1 (General) Extended: 06/2013 - 06/2016
PBS Dependent VISA: 06/2016 - 03/2018
- On June 2016 my wife switched to PBS dependent as she was no longer working
PBS Dependent VISA Extension: 03/2018 - 03/2021 (current visa)

My details: I am just got my British Citizenship this month.

She has already been in the country legally for more than 10 years. We are thinking to apply for ILR and wanted to know if we should go ahead or wait till 2021?

Thanks in advance for your response

All visas count towards the lawful period under long residence ILR
