Leave my job after getting ilr

Can i leave my job as a representative of an overseas business after i apply for ilr and get it and when I get this ilr may I able to work in any other jobs without restrictions or getting a public fund from the government

You are free to leave and work for any employer once you have ILR or not work if you can't for valid reasons to be able to claim benefits. Making yourself unemployed would likely disqualify you from certain benefits.
