Help needed to fill ILR Online application.

I've got a few doubts in filling the ILR application form online. I'll appreciate if someone can help me.

I am applying via Tier2 General category.

1. Can I apply ILR for my wife with my application? She is living here with me in the UK for 5 years. The first year, she was on her own Tier2 - ICT visa and the rest of the period she was on my dependent visa.

2. There is a question on the form "Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?"
Do I have to also declare all the countries I travelled as a tourist (for a week)? I understand that living means as in spending a considerable amount of time or working at a place but I am doubtful because they also mentioned - "Please enter the country you have lived in. You will be able to enter additional countries after you click save and continue. Include all countries no matter how long you lived there."

3. There is section to declare conviction and penalties which says - "A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance" and "A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty"
I got a speeding letter (This was not a PCN or FPN). This was a letter from Surrey Police. I had to do a motorway awareness course for this. I also got 2 PCNs in past. Do I have to declare all of these?

4. There is a question on the form. Do you have a valid national identity card?
I do have AADHAR card from India but I don't want to declare it. Is it ok not to declare it?

Any help will be appreciated.

1. No. She needs 5 years as a dependent visa holder. ICT visa do not count for ilr based on 5 years residence.

2. The questions says LIVED not visited!!

3. Should not be an issue.

4. You do not need a national identity card and you don't have to declare it.

3. Should not be an issue.
Did you mean, there is no issue if I don't declare the PCNs?
