Hi Guys
i will apply for ILR once i complete job requirement after 6 months.
I have joined and existing business as a director and have also bought 20% stake in the business. I have also created 2 full time net increase in jobs.
The other director 80% wants to leave the director's post and sell his stake.
Can i buy his shares therefore owning 100% at this stage?
will it have any effect on my ILR?
He wants to work in the company as a general manager, is that okay?
thank you
Alfie

Yes, there are no business restrictions under Tier 1E rules. Your business affairs are not relevant to Tier 1E visa rules

Dear guys
I have received my BRP tier 1 extension in January.
I did not go to police station to register. I will do it next week.
Will i get a refusal due to this delay?
Many thanks
Alfie

No. But you must register if your BRP says so

You better go register with police to avoid complications if your visa says so
