UK Naric registration

Hi
I eligible to apply SET(m) after came through the FLR(M) route. Now to meet English Language requirement, I'm looking to avail the UK Naric Red route service. To register in UK Naric it is asking for Immigration category and immigration route.
As I have on Spouse Visa so for Immigration category it will be 'Family, Settlement' opition and for Immigration route it has two options 1. Family 2. Settlement.
Could you please advice which option I have to select for Set (M) requirement?
