I got my ILR approval for tier 1 (entrepreneur) on 11th Sep 2019. Now it is time to apply ILR for my husband and son. I am trying to fill in the SET(M) forms but noticed the following:

"You must be able to show that the financial requirement for this route is met.Your annual financial requirement is : £ 22,400.00"

Does my husband need to show this amount for their application to ILR and for how long the money should be with him in his bank account, thank you.

I think you filling wrong form because set m form is for those who have completed 5 years on spouse visa of settled person.

If you are applying ILR on basis of Point based dependent visa then you should use SET O.
Your family must have completed 5 years on Point-based dependant visa before they can apply for ILR.

As others have pointed out SET(M) is NOT the correct form to use, you should use SET(O).
ILR under PBS dependant route has no financial requirement
