Hi everyone,

So this is about the time to apply for my Mrs ILR on 5 year route spouse visa,

I have the following documents ready, Please advice on if i have missed anything ?

6 months payslips (i earn over 18,600)
6 months bank statements
My house land registery
My employment letter (do i need this ?, I have got this issued yet and if i do do i need any specifics on it ?)
Life in UK test certificate
English Language test certificate (from first time she applied)
Absence calculation on A4 ( we have only been on holls once a year well under 180 days)
My passport copy
My wife passport
My wife resident card

Any thing i am missing here ?

Her visa expires on 10 OCT 2019.

Is her English test from an approved test provider that is still on the current list and at level B1?

Yes, you need the employer letter.

Absences should be completed in the online form where asked. There is NO absence limit for spouse visa holders.

You also need evidence of cohabitation for the last 2 years from 3 to 6 difference sources, spread evenly for every 3/4 months, in either joint names or individually addressed.

She’s got the B2 level test certificate, it was accepted in both previous visa applications when she applied for spouse visa (LR) and spouse visa extension (FLR), however I don’t see the test center in the list ?, Please advice

- Employment letter sorted

- Cohabitation sorted we got our second child 3 months ago so we have a lot of documentation on our address.

Any thoughts on this please ..?

To use an expired test that was used in previous applications, it must be on the current list of approved tests AND approved test provider list.

I think you have to provide like pictures both of you...just in case

Guys i am struggling to find out where was this test taken, this is the certificate, it's got no test center address ... Please advice.

Its neither containing UKVI reference number nor the test centre. Since the cost of application is quite high so doing the new B1 ielts life skills test will be more wiser.

Thank you all for your comments, The Home Office website says :

If your qualification has run out
Applying to settle in the UK

You can use a B1 level qualification that’s run out if both of the following are true:

it’s on the current list of recognised tests
it was accepted for another UK immigration application, for example when you got permission to enter

My questions are :

B2 IS a recognized test.
It WAS APPROVED for previous UK immigration application.

Should i still get a new test ?

It also needs to be from a test provider on the CURRENT approved HO list.

So per your suggestions, i ended up booking a new English test for my Mrs. The i booked in as follows, i have checked that the test and centers are both in Home office approved list.

GESE Grade 5 (B1)
London Hammersmith

My wife is filling ILR Spouse visa form :

We are confused with this question : Do you own or rent your home?

My wife lives with me with our 2 kids and my parents and i own the property.

What option should she select? Please advice

OR

I rent

OR

Neither own nor rent
