ILR REQUIREMENTS

Dear members

I would really appreciate your feedback here. I am going to apply for my ILR visa(10 year basis)as my 10 years in UK are going to be completed in 03 months time. My current leave to remain is Tier 1 (Ent 50K)) route, my extension was granted in September 2018. My questions is that do I need to keep two full time employees after my extension in September 2018? I have spoken to a solicitor and he is saying as I am applying on 10 year basis therefore I am not required to show 50k investment and I do not need to retain employees as I already fullfil this requirement at the time of extension.

Kind Regards

Already answered when you asked the same question in December last year. The advice doesn't change.

There is no maintenance fund for ilr.

Long residence ilr is not the same requirements as ilr based on tier 1 ent!!

SET(LR) SUPER PRIORITY SERVICE

Dear members

Thank you so much for always providing precious advice. I have got three questions.
1) I am applying for ILR (10 YEARS). When I use the online link to apply for SET(LR), it only gives me option to apply standard application , not super priority service one, am I using a wrong link or it gives the option of super priority service at the end.
2) Although I am not applying at this point of time for my wife who is not in UK, the form ask about my spouse details and the documents such as evidence to prove the relationship status with my wife and correspondence address proof. Is this normal.
3) My current visa status is Tier 1 HS Entrepreneur but I am applying for ILR on 10 year basis, in a paid telephonic conversation with one of immigration solicitor, he has advised me to add current appointment report, business bank statements, personal bank statements and my payslips as a director, which seems bit out of context to me as I am not applying on 5 year basis. Do I need to add these supporting documents with my application ?

Kind Regards

None of this is required. The checklist is not accurate.

None of this is required for ILR based on 10 years residence. Do NOT submit unnecessary documentation. If HO wants to see something, they will write to you and ask for it.

ILR LR only needs :

All passports
LIUK
English Requirement
Most recent BRP card.

If you don't have all your passports, then you need evidence of residence.

Good Evening, Hopefully you are fine. Apologies in advance if someone asked this question before. Actually I am trying to complete my SET(LR) application form. I am on the payment page which is showing the standard fee not the super priority fee. I want to apply for superprority service. Could anyone please explain how to pay the fee for super priority service Regard

Good Afternoon, ILR SE(LR) granted on Super priority basis . Special thanks to everyone for their help and support. I need an advice regarding my wife and 18 months old daughter visa. Both are Pakistan national. Should I apply on ILr basis or after getting Uk passport. Is there any difference between them. Please add me to the naturalisation group.
