Help everyone,

In applying for my ilr under tier1 entrepreneur visa and I need an advice about job creation. I need to know what is the definition of the start date for the employee is it the actual date he stated to work or the date I want to count the job from. Because when
I got my extension on 6/3/2018, there was one employee as a chef on part time job, his start date was on 2016 and continue till now so I added another one part time on the same job from 1/4/2018.
I created another full time job on 1/7/2018 but the employee who started the job started on 1/5/2018 as part time for two months.
My question is what is the start date for the employee is it the start date on the rti or the start date of the job .
Many thanks for help.

Thank you for your reply, even if he started as part time for two months and changed to full time after that.

Dont confuse yourself between JOBS and employees. So the job start date is the job start date and the employee start date is the employee start date regardless of the period of claim. Your proof of employment period is the relevant RTI FPS.

Hello everyone,
I'm submitting my application for ilr me as a main applicant my wife and my son under 16.
There are three paragraphs in the application
1_ the first one is about me as a main applicant, I should a declaration letter for the home office to request verification checks.
2_ the second one is consent for the home office to request verification checks for joint accounts or third party support.
My question I don't have joint account, I have only a utility bill with my wife , so do I have to say yes in the second paragraph and make her sign the declaration or no.
Kind regards

Please help ,
What is the difference between (consent form for the home office to request verification checks on me for joint accounts) and (declaration signed by me to confirm consent for the home office to request verification checks ).

This is just from what I understood when I was filling my ILR and I successfully got the ILR.

For Join Accounts the form has to be signed for both account holders. Consent is required from both account holders.
e.g. if you are providing a joint bank account statement or something similar.

(declaration signed by me to confirm consent for the home office to request verification checks ).
This is for just for your own account. Consent is only required from you.

Its the same thing. Ignore it. There are three parts of the consent form. Sign accordingly that applies to you.

If you are applying for your wife separately, then she has to sign accordingly also.

For example: For your application you sign Part 1 and she signs Part 2 incase you are relying on any joint named documents/accounts.

and for her application, she is the applicant so she signs part 1 and you sign part 2 if she is relying on any joint named accounts/documents.

There is also part 3. Sign accordingly if it applies.
