1. NARIC Certificate - I have done my graduation outside UK. Passed English Language Test and Life in UK. While filling up the online application form at the end in the list of other documents they are asking for NARIC. I am confused now, in spite of passing all test is it mandatory?.

2. Declaration signed by Husband to confirm consent for the Home Office to request verification checks - Is there any format? Please guide.

3. Evidence immigration status in the UK - What kind of evidence? Does this means Bills, Bank statements and proof from NHS?

4. What does this means - This is YES or NO question -What should be my answer?

- Along with baby I entered UK on Oct 6th 2014, until now I have travelled to India and stayed there for few months. In total in last 5 years I have lived outside UK for 328 Days.

Don’t stress!
It’s very simple.. you do not need to account for any time period you were out of the UK if ur Ext or FLR was issued before 11 Jan 2018.

My Visa Expires on Nov 12th. I am waiting for few documents. I will be applying in next two days.

Hi All,

I paid for Visa application on Saturday. Appointment to submit passport and BRP is next week.
Now, I am uploading all supporting documents.

All the Documents which I am submitting are only from 2017 to Date. Is this Okay? (My entry date is Oct 6th 2014).

1. NHS appointment letters
2. Council Tax Bill
3. Bank Statements
4. Election Poll
5. Life in UK
6. IELTS
7. Marriage certificate
8. Indian Degree Certificate Why are you submitting the degree if you are submitting the IELTS test? You do NOT have to do both and if you submit a foreign degree, HO would expect to see UKVI NARIC English and comparable assessments. If you answered YES to the degree question, you should change it to NO if using the English test.
9. Declaration Signed by me and husband
10. Passport and BRP
11. NINU Is this the national insurance card? NOT required.
12. Tenancy agreement You need evidence of cohabitation for 2 years, from at least 3 to 6 different sources in joint names or addressed individually to the same address. Unclear from what you have listed if this covers the requirement for the last 2 years.
13. HMRC and P60 Not required

Anything else I need to add to the above list. Kindly help.
