Hi There,

Wife arrived UK Jun'14 from non-eu country. I am UK citizen by birth.
After 2.5y, the extension was processed.

However, in Nov'17, we moved to the Middle East for work, until March'19 - where I have moved back to UK.
Now in Oct'19 and am looking to apply for ILR for her.
We have 2 kids, both born in UK.

Appreciate if you can advise given the similarity of our situation?

If she arrived in the UK on a spouse visa (not the 6 months fiance visa), what exactly is your concern?? Presumably she still has a valid visa??
