Hi
Sorry if this question is asked before.
My wife is going for the liuk test, all her proof of address have initial and last name. Does anyone know if it is acceptable proof?
I don't have time to get it changed as we left it to the last minute.
Please help!
Thanks in advance.

Hi All
we had document submission at ukvcas today as I chose super priority service
I uploaded the documents but life in uk was not uploaded. I was under the impression that they will just have a look at it and take the number down.
Anyways my wife said they did not even check anything, the lady at the counter said everything is uploaded very nicely with proper description.
Can anyone tell what will happen now ??
I have uploaded the life in uk test now on their website but I don't know if they will have access to that?
Thanks in advance

There is no "super priority" service for citizenship.
Have you applied for citizenship or for ilr?? Your topic was posted in the British citizenship sub forum which is not relevant if you are applying for ilr.
Note also that if you scanned everything, you should have scanned and uploaded the liuk before her biometrics.

sorry it is ilr.
I paid 800 for the same day service
I did not upload the liuk test.
The case worker did not ask for it.
I checked the upload account now it was not there. I have uploaded it now but I dont think it will go to ho as its not validated.

Ukcvas staff are not caseworkers or Home Office employees. Ukcvas is only a third party agent.

sorry mate but I think you do not know that UKVCAS staff member is NOT the CW.

They do not have any knowledge about the immigration rules.
You are responsible for your documents to be uploaded as you should have uploaded LIUK.
If the CW(Yes HO not UKVCAS) is kind enough he/she will ask for it. If not, there have been cases where the application can be rejected also with no evidence of LIUK.
You will however be able to overturn in the review but if that happens it might cause delay.
Any documents uploaded after the appointment does not reach the CW (HO).

omg! this is a blunder by us.
dont they email us if something is missing??
As in the application form we mentioned yes for liuk and will provide an evidence.
And the whole point of same day service was to get the ilr asap

You can hope for the best. Did you mention the unique reference number in the application? Most likely HO will ask to submit the evidence. Really depends on the CW.
When did you upload the document?
If the document is uploaded up to 10pm on the same day of the appointment there is a slight chance its visible to HO but cant be sure.

No I did not mention the liuk ref no on the application.
But yes I uploaded the document today at 8pm and our appointment was at 11 am today itself.

As I work in IT. Here are my two cents on the process
I am sure All the data from the UKVCAS system is transferred to HO servers . When you say 10pm same day, it may be the cut off time. So whatever information is held on UKVCAS servers will be transferred to HO.
This means whatever I upload till that cut off time will be uploaded to the HO servers.
Why I say all this is because UKVCAS staff did not validate any of the uploaded documents. As per my wife..the staff just said ..'oh its done very nicely! the naming convention and the description is perfect'. The staff didn't even check a single original document.

The staff does not check any originals. Once you attend the biometrics appointment, the staff validates and just submits your application to HO. The scanned docs and biometrics are then sent off to HO.
You will know soon if HO has received it or not.
There are chances if you uploaded around 8pm, you might be lucky.

ok found something on the website
Please note: if you are still missing required documents when you attend the service point, you can choose to add these to your application by uploading them to your account on the UKVCAS website before 22.00 on the same day, after which point your application will be sent to UKVI as is.
https://www.ukvcas.co.uk/help-support/o ... rvicePoint
Now I am not sure if the above is applicable to everyone or its only applicable for people who found that they have missed the document when they are on the counter.

Sounds like the latter. As it’s super priority, there is nothing much you can do as you should hear back soon whatever the case.

The immigration rules and guidance notes clearly state you need to prove subsisting relationship with 2 years evidence.
Simply only going according to or reading the online form is your mistake.

I tried to search for the guidance notes, but could not find. Is it possible Mr CR00 if you can send me the link? thanks

funny that the links are not available on the online application and one has to dig in the archives!
I went through both of your links and I coudn't find anything related to cohab.
If they want this vital peace of info then why not add it to document checklist.

It is stated as "subsisting relationship". Exactly the same you would have needed for the FLR M extension.
