Dear All,

I will be eligible to apply for ILR soon next month (been on tier2 visa for nearly 5 years) and my job meets the salary requirement.

I was caught by mobile camera doing speeding for the first time in my life ( speed limit 50 and I was doing 55), I given to attend a speed awareness course which I did and no fine or points were given just the course. Also I been caught in London yellow junction and paid the fine on time.

Does this need to be decalred on the ILR form? / has any effect on the ILR application?

Thank you

Thank you Zimba for your replay.

one more thing if you can help.

my 5 years qualified period will be on 18/12/2019 but I can apply before this by 28 day which from 21/11/2019. If I submitted my application Online by the end of October and booked my appointment on the 25/11/2019 will this be acceptable. Because I am a bit confused between date of application and date of appointment.

The appointment will be within the qualified period but the the application will be before. the reason for this of because the 45 days to book an appointment.

The date of application is the date you pay and submit. Biometrics date is irrelevant. You have 45 working days max to book an appointment but you can get early appointments also.

If you follow as you stated above, its above to the CW discretion that he takes into account the date of decision or not.
