more queries while adding my spouse

Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018?
Should this be No as she entered UK on 15-Nov-2014 on a 5 year Visa (same as me)

I have said Yes to below question and added my time in India since birth until first entered UK, but this doesn't appear on my spouse's...is that ok ??

Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

I am confused if this question is yours or your spouse’s but generally:
You have to check the date when the last extension was granted.
DOB till the time you spent in home country.

28 days before clause...

Post by needcos » Sat Oct 19, 2019 9:25 am

Hi All
I am applying ILR through 5 Years on Tier 2(General), just need clarification on when exactly do I qualify to submit my application and pay.

Tier 2 (General)
Visa from 10-Nov-2014
Entered UK 15-Nov-2014
Visa Expiry 23-Nov-2019

Does it count from date of entry?

Which means my 5th anniversary is 15-Nov-2019, and 28 days before(inclusive) is today?

Thanks in Advance

Visa issue date minus 28 days.
Don’t worry abt the other questions so much.
Unless ur spouse was granted an extension after Jan 2018, you have nothing to worry abt
