Tier 1 Entrepreneur to ILR & Dependent

Hello experts, can you please guide me?

@admin, please move me in the right thread if I am posting the similar existing question:

My timeline:

Arrived in the UK: Oct 2009
PSW
Entrepreneur Visa (50k route & team): 2014
Entrepreneur Extension: March 2018
Due to apply for ILR: 02/03/2020

Since my business partner is bit far away from 10yrs route, so we will apply for 5yrs Ent Route.

Can you please help with the following questions:

What is the maintenance fund requirement for myself as well as my dependent to apply ILR? I have two dependents.

We have two full time roles. One Sales Executive & One Social Media Marketing Executive. We hired them both on Feb 2018. The first Sales Exec left the job after 2 months but we replaced the same post on same month without any gap. Will there be any issue?

There will be no NHS surcharge for ILR? Is that correct?

I will be extremely grateful if you could please kindly answer my above queries.

There is no maintenance funds for ILR neither for yourself or dependents.

No NHS fees

All you need is 2 FT jobs after extension that have existed 12 months each. Employees can come and go and need NOT necessarily be consecutive.

You cannot claim the JOBs from Feb 2018. You can only claim from March 2018 onwards i.e. after extension.

Thank you so much Aman90 & Cullinan for the answers. Really appreciate.

We recruited staffs on Feb 2019 not Feb 2018 (mistype). But i think we will fulfill 12 months continuous employment.

Also, if anyone had interview or office visit for Ent ILR route, please do share your experience.
