Dear Members,

I have a question about my 10 years long residency route, I am on T1E extension valid till Jan 2021 and completing my 10 years on 18 Sept 2020.

However, in 2014, I went to Pakistan for more than three months due to family issues. So my question is if I consider applying for 10 years route, will there be any problem for me? And is there any one-day window option still available on10 years route

Oct 24, 2014 ( Left UK )
Jan 31, 2015 ( Came back to UK )

Although I will be eligible to apply for ILR on the basis of T1E by Feb 2019 but considering Homeoffice taking 6 months for 8/10 application, This is not good for me because my mother not feeling well and this will not allow me to travel in the worst scenario.

Looking for an opinion from senior members. Thank you

You cannot apply super priority for Tier 1 E applications. Only standard service is available.

The OP is applying under long residence. Super priority can be used however it has been reported by applicants that the super priority is not offered by UKVI at the moment due to a large demand

I thought seagul quoted Tier 1 E for super priority in the previous post so thought to clarify.

Also, applicants going for super priority LR via Tier 1 Ent have reported delays.
