Hi,

recently, my spouse received the ILR BRP card, but the validity period is only until Oct 2024 which is 5 years from now.

Is it same for other ILR BRP cards?

What should we do after 5 years, do we need to apply for ILR again, incase if we didn't apply for citizenship?

It is normal. December 2024 is the date the EU set for all biometric documents to be updated with enhanced security features.

No!! You simply renew the card!
