Dear All,

I have spent 1.5 year in UK in the past on PBS spouse temporary visa and then left UK without renewing the visa and later came back again .Now I am back here in England living with my family for the past two years based on spouse of a British citizen. My question is that is there any possiblility for counting me previous 1.5 years inorder to apply for ILR once I complete 3.5 years on my new visa.Is there any possibility through lawyer as my visa got rejected 3 times from outside UK.

No. Time spent under PBS and family routes cannot be combined
