Tire 1 entrepreneur Dependent ILR

Hi , I got my ILR on April 2019 on tire 1 entrepreneur 5 years route, my wife came in uk on 2nd December 2014 ,she got 3 years PBS dependant Leave to Remain , is she eligible for ILR within 28 days , I have 2 kids they have got their British passport,I’m taking child benefits only , can my wife apply online as tire 1 dependant SET O priority services . Please advise. Regards

How have ur kids got British passport?? Just a query.. please don't mind..

Likely UK born children before his ILR, registered as British under MN1

They born in uk before my ILR, registered as British under MN1, thanks
