sorry every one im asking again im still confuse bcz of new system for appointment i know we can apply before 28 of five years
Question is for submitting online application and pay fees and book appointment,for all this can we do this before 3 month and then we can book an appointment in our before 28 completing five years?

Can you please continue in your existing topic and stop starting new ones with each question you have. This question of when you can apply has also already been answered!!

She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date she ENTERED the UK, so 29 January 2020 minus 28 days.
