ILR Set M application date & quarterly bank statements

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this website but have been following it for some time now. Thank you all for the contributions.
Quick two questions:
1- Does HO accept quarterly issued bank statements (we’ll have four monthly & one quarterly (covering two months) bank statements)?
2- When can my spouse can apply for ILR Set M?
My partner entered UK on spouse visa on 29/12/2014, issued an extension on 28/07/2017 & this visa sets to expire on 21/02/2020.

2. 28 days before completing 60 months from the date of entry to UK.

Thank you Seagul. So I don’t have to wait till current visa expiration date (21/02/2020)?

No. You can apply anytime after 1st December 2019

No. You can apply anytime after 1st December 2019
