10 year long term residency route

Hi everyone
1) i will be applying for ILR on basis of (10 year long term residency) super priority service in january 2020. Can i apply for my wife as dependant at same time with my application?
2) how quick is the response of super priority 10 year route? anyone applied recently please share your experience....
3) Currently i am on PBS dependant visa for her as she is doing phD (in her last year). Our visa expires in July 2020. If i can apply for her at same time as mine that would be ideal. My worry is if i cannot apply for her at same time (need to confirm) and if for any reason have to apply seperately then i will have to wait for my ILR outcome and if i do not receive a response back before July 2020 then does she has to leave the country (as her visa will expire). home office will not extend her visa as her university confirmed she had to complete her PhD degree by July 2020
4) I initially came in uk on 16 Jan 2010 on tier 4 student visa. Did my MSc and moved on to PSW visa from there i swiched to Tier 1 enterpreneur visa for 3 years and before that expired i moved to PBS dependant which was granted in 2016 as my wife is doing phD from a university in london so got visa for about 4 years and 6 months which is valid till 31 July 2020.
What documents do i need to submit along with my application? do i need anything related to my limited company as well when i was on enterpreur visa or it is irrelevant as i am going on 10 year route so keep things simple.
5) I have a 7 months old daugher (born in UK). Currently i dont have any passport or visa for her as someone told me dont its better to wait till jan 2020 get my ILR and fill up MN1 form so she will get her british passport? Is that correct do i only need her birth cirtifcate in that case to apply for her british passport once i get my ILR.
Thank you in advance for your responses

1. How long has your wife been in the UK?? SET LR doesn't permit dependents in your application. If she doesn't have the 10 years long residence, she has to apply for flr m visa.
2. Super priority is usually a decision within 24 hours. It does sometimes take a bit longer.
3. FLR M if you meet the English and financial requirements. If you apply at the same time, her application won't be processed until your ilr is processed. If your ilr fails, her FLR M will also fail.
4. Minimal doc for long residence. Submit only what is asked for.
5. Correct yes, she needs a birth certificate yes

For my wife to apply FLR M once i get my ILR. Do i need to maintain only £18,600 annual salary for her to apply as my dependant/spouse?
Also once i get my ILR as i need to submit MN1 form for my child to get british passport as she was born in UK and is 7 months old. I hope i do not need to save or show any extra salary on top of £18,600 for my child as well?

Yes, you need 6 months evidence, payslips and bank statements and employer letter. She needs to meet the English requirement. You need two years evidence of cohabitation in both names.

Thank you for your reply.
couple of questions if you can clarify
1) for english level is it must she should have received the degree in hand? Actually she is doing PhD in mechancis from university in london from april 2016 and she is in her last year so finalising her degree. But she would not get her degree before she needs to apply for flr m does that mean she needs to go for some ielts test again? As she did ielts and got 6.5 overall that is how she got admission in university will they count that if we get letter from university saying she is a phD student at this university since 2016?
2) I do contract work as i run my limited company. I read online on
https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/partner-spouse
saying that if i am self-employed which i believe this might class as that as i am paying myself salary as director of the company. Do i need to submit self assessment results or on top of that i have to submit payslips and bank statements?
3) i read somewhere that you should have worked for that employer for last 6 months and earned the money from them. If for example i change employment a month before she applies and go to permanent then do i still need to show 6 months statement or i need to show 12 months statement in that scenario as i can recall i read somewhere about 12 months if i change job in 6 months.
there is only one issue here if that would be the case. i only started mainting the pay £18,600 paying as director of the company for last 4 months if i change job and move to permanent and quit limited company work then i might not have 12 months payslips as her visa is valid till 31 july 2020. So i can maintain another 7 months statement so one month might be short

1. It must be a complete degree otherwise siting for A1 ielts life skills test will be wiser.
2. You can read about it at page 60 to onward of the following guidance:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -ext_1.pdf
3. For applying under category A you must have been working for same employer from at least 6 months otherwise you will have to apply under category B. For category A you will need 6 months of payslips with 6 months of corresponding bank statements otherwise 12 months for category B.
4.If the visa is expiring on 31st July 2020 and if you are intending to join a paye job then still you have sufficient time to stay with your new employer for at least 6 months to apply under category A.

thank you for the clarification one last thing i wanted to clarify. When i have to apply for her Flr m once i get my ILR. The £18.600 earning requirement is that the joint earing for both me and my wife for last one year?
Or is this earning only for the main ILR holder ? as my wife is working part time so i am thinking if i can show her payslips as well and i can show less salary for my self if its joint income of both to be £18,600 and i believe that income is before tax and NI deductions?

All income calculations are based on gross income (before tax). You both can combine your incomes to meet the financial requirement but if you will be earning alone sufficiently then your alone income be ideally used to keep reduced the paperwork.

on the application form of SET LR for myself as i am applying on 10 year route.
Its asking how long i have the nationality for. As i was born in that country so does that mean the date of that nationality would be my date of birth?

How many nationalities do you have? This question that you are asking would be a counter question if you would have said yes to the question " Do you have any other nationalities"?
