Urgent Help! Spouse ILR English Language Requirment

Please update if i can use following certificate again for ILR for my wife (5 years route)
(Trinity College Glasgow Center) B1 SELT – GESE Grade 5 (previously used for recent successful 2.5 years extension in 2017)
now due ILR in December and keen to send same certificate.

does it mean yes then?
called home office today and girl advised yes you can use the same certificate.

SELT at B1 is acceptable for ILR
