180 day Absence query

I am planning to file ILR in December 2019 (Tier 2 5 Year route). I had been outside of UK for more than
180 days from 28 September 2015 to 10 May 2016. Please find below my Entry and Exit Dates.
Code: Select all
Entry Exit
09 November 2014 29 March 2015
16 April 2015 28 September 2015
10 May 2016 04 August 2016
17 August 2016 27 August 2016
28 August 2016
I have read
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -v18.0.pdf
My initial TIER 2 general visa was from November 3, 2014 till October 15,2017. The current extension is valid until Sep 29,2020.
Considering all the above facts, could someone please calculate and confirm if I could submit my ILR application on December 2, 2019 considering my absences will be considered in separate 12-month periods, ending on December 2 each year.
Thanks

You cannot have more than 180 days of absence in each residence year.
ILR - Payslips and Bank Statements

Hi All,
I am currently on Tier 2 General Visa and planning to submit my ILR in December 2019 (5 year route).
I had a query in regards to the payslip and bank statements that I need to submit as part of my application.
I am currently on maternity since March 17, 2019.
As per
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... 8-2019.pdf
If you are not being paid the appropriate rate in Appendix J due to maternity, paternity,
shared parental or adoption leave, your payslip, bank statement or building society
statements must meet the relevant requirements above except that you must provide
evidence from the month immediately preceding, and for each month of, the relevant
leave.
For example:
If you are applying for settlement on 1 April 2019 and you went on maternity leave on
1 February 2019, you would need to provide your payslips and bank
statement/building society statements covering January, February and March.
Based on the above facts,
1. Will it sufficient enough to provide payslips and Bank statements from February 2019 until November 2019, in which case February month payslip /statement will have the actual salary and rest will have the reduced one.
2. Or, should I provide payslips and Bank statements 6 months before March 2019 (as it will have the actual salary as per my contract)

You only need ONE months payslips and corresponding months bank statement showing the salary credit.
Life in UK place of birth query

Hi All,
I am submitting my ILR application (Tier2 5 year route) in next couple of weeks. While gathering the documents, I just noticed a mismatch in place of birth between BRP and the LIUK pass certificate.
BRP/Passport states the exact place of birth but the LIUK certificate mentions the name of the town instead. Will that be a problem while submitting the application.

Question regarding Set(0) form

Hi Everyone,
Could someone please let me know which date I need to mention under the section Immigration history where it asks
"when did you leave the UK and crown dependencies "
1. Will this be the date that I left the UK (which is not usually stamped in the passport ) OR
2. Will this be the date that I arrived/entered the destination country (the one that is stamped in the passport)
Thanks
