Tier 1E ILR - Time spent outside UK impact

Hi All,

I hope all is with you!

I applied for Tier 1 ILR on Oct 6th and waiting for a decision. I took 98 days (March - June) break and 32 (August - September) days before for engagement,wedding and wife visa and will it have any impact on ilr application decision? I look after business remotely during those 2 periods.

Applied for ILR Route: ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50K-Route
Date application sent: 06 October 2019 online
Ack Email received (if applicable) : 06 October 2019
Sopra Steria Appoinment: 12 October 2019
Consideration email: None
Approval Email: 02/12/2019
Approval Letter Received: Awaiting
BRP Card Received: Awaiting
Work status: Giving me an error with old BRP.
