ILR on 10 Year Route need urgent help

I came in this country December 2009 on Tier4 student Visa. from the date i come till 30/09/2015 my all extension are fine.
On 22 Sep 2015 i made unmarried Partner application on time that application refused on 24/01/2016. By that time i got married with my British Spouse. Then I made another FLR[M] application on 19/02/2016. That application is refused aswell on 14/11/2016. Then i have to made new application again FLR[M] on 02/12/2016 then i got 2.5 year visa on 10 year route.
My question is my 2 application been refused one after each other. first application made 26 days after refusal and second one made after 18 days of refusal. can i still apply for 10 year route.
