Dear Specialists,

I have been granted my Tier 1 Ent extension in 12/2017 to 12/2019

Please, could you help with the following questions?

1. HM Revenue & Customs documentation to demonstrate your registration
Should I provide the registration of my company or of myself (self-assessment)?

2. Companies House documentation to demonstrate your registration
Again Is this about my company or about myself?

3. The language test certificate for MYSELF to prove the level of English language required
I've passed the TOEFL test when I applied for the TIER 1 visa initially and I still have that certificate dated 2013. Should I pass it again or can I submit the same certificate?

Thank you very much.
Tanya :)

Are you claiming points as a company director or self employed ?!
As a company director, it will be Current Appointments Report from companies house

For extension, you do not need to prove your English

Hi Zimba,

Thank you very much for your kind answer.
Am I correct that as a company director for the ILR application I need to provide just Current Appointments Report to satisfy both items:
- HM Revenue & Customs documentation to demonstrate your registration
- Companies House documentation to demonstrate your registration
?

Also, there is another item in the document list - Real Time-Full Payment Submissions - is it about myself or my employees?

ILR - The language test certificate to prove the level of English language required

Dear Sirs,

Please help me with the following.
I've just found the information that TOEFL is no longer accepted as proof of English knowledge.
- The language test certificate to prove the level of English language required - can I upload the old test certificate of 2014 (TOEFL) and then bring a new IELTS on my appointment?

Thank you.

Yes you need current appointment report to show both. Real Time-Full Payment Submissions is regarding your employees and the payroll.
Also for ILR, the TOEFL test will NOT be accepted. You must sit a new SELT exam and pass at min B1 level :!:

Thank you! :)
I've already booked the test and will be passing it in Jan 2020. The only thing I can do here, probably, is that I will try to book an application appointment on the after test results date. But I need to submit the ILR application before 12Dec (end of my visa).

Your supporting evidence must be dated on or before the date you submit and pay online. Your biometric date is irrelevant to this.

Although I agree with CR001.. it’s quite a risk you’ve taken but hopefully it’ll work out for you.
Evidence dated after application submission can be submitted e.g FPS submissions.

You should write a cover letter stating the reason why you took the test later.

Ensure you make an “in time” application and closely read the guidance.
The documents are almost the same as at the time of Ext... quite surprising that at this stage ur unsure of who the FPS submissions pertain to.
