Hi guys. If someone gets NHS PREPAID PRESCRIPTION penalty which they paid as they did forget to pay for one month . And after payment they got a msg saying case has been closed. Do they need to mention this in ILR and Tier 2 visa applications ? Does this affects the decision making?

No it has no effect like any other PCNs and does not need to be disclosed.
