Financial Req for Spouse of a British National

Dear All, I am wondering if anyone can guide me on this.
I am a British national ( 10 years route, got my passport in 2016).
My wife has her ILR due in a month.
My wife is a director of an LTD company. Her salary + dividends in the last financial year of her company are well over £18,600.
She, however, does a part-time job on paye as well, with a minimum salary.
Question: Can we just use her LTD company income as a proof of income for ILR and not to mention the PAYE job income on the application?

The reason for that is, that the employer is very hard to provide the required letters.
Appreciate it if anyone can help here.

Hello, I am applying for my wife ILR:
She has:
1 part-time PAYE income
1 salary income coming from her limited company
1 dividend income coming from her limited company

Questions is, does the gross income ( before tax ) has to be £18600
or
the Net ( after taxes) has to be over £18600 threshold?

Appreciate if anyone can help with this, please.

It depends on how you are meeting the financial requirement, ie salary PAYE employment or self employment.

Choosing not to include the paye income. So it is only going to be company salary & dividends.
