Hi,

I will be applying for my ILR this month. I work for one of the "big 4" supermarkets. Employment letters are done centrally by HR. The employment letter I have received contains an electronic signature (signature in different font) would this be acceptable? It contains the person who signed their name, position and contact details. The letter is on company letter-headed paper.

Below is the template of the letter provided:

Private and Confidential

MR XXXXXXX XXX

Yes. All evidence is now submitted digitally anyway

thanks zimba.

So just confirming the e-signature wont be a problem?

Also the e-payslips I have are on company letter-headed paper. The section on my employment letter which states "Employee payslips and P60 are only accessible online via XX XXXX. I can confirm any payslips provided by XX XXXX are genuine" is this enough or do I need each e-payslip signed and stamped?

No need for P60. Payslips can be digital

I have my UKVAS appointment on Monday morning. I just wanted to make sure that the e-payslips i have are on company letter headed paper and have been stamped by HR. however they have not been signed by a manager. is this ok? is the stamp sufficient?

Payslips do not need stamps or approval

The house I will be using for my ILR application is owned by myself. I have a mortgage on the house. the evidence I will be submitting is:
1) land registry doc;
2) Council tax bill
3) annual mortgage statement for 2018 (dated Jan 2019).
Is this all the documentation i need?

I also wanted to know if the mortgage statement would be OK? as it is sent to me in January each year so I will not have 2019 statement before my appointment. the latest statement is for 2018 which was posted to me in january 2019.

I do have a letter from my mortgage provider stating my current balance which is dated this month as my fixed-term on my mortgage ends soon, should i add this in addition to the mortgage statement?

I have my biometrics tomorrow morning at 0700.

Hi I just wanted to clarify do I need to show any accommodation documents or just the council tax, land registry and mortgage statement?

You need to show 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names from 3 to 6 different sources spread evenly over the period.

hi Cr001 yes i have submitted that.

so is there no need to provide evidence of accommodation where we will be living like with flr(M)? For flr(M) I had to submit land registry/ utilty bill

I've gone through the UKVI Document Checklist. It states provide:

"evidence of council tax costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live or will live" - I have my annual council tax letter which will cover this point

"evidence of monthly housing costs for the accommodation in the UK where you live" What evidence would I need for this?
