Post ILR restrictions

Hi,
Assuming that the ILR was issued on 06 November 2019 and that it was received physically by post on 10 November 2019, by what date can a person start a full time employment without violating the Tier 1 Entr visa conditions?

Is there any cooling period when one has to wait for a certain period of time before taking up a full time employment or the employment can start from the very next day of getting the ILR in hand?

Many thanks.

The day your ILR is issued is when you become free from control and work restriction. Your approval letter will say something in that regards.

There is no such a thing as post ILR restriction for working in the UK. When caseworker grants you ILR, from that moment you have ILR and you are NOT bound by Tier 1E rules. However most people learn about their ILR status when they receive a confirmation or their BRP
