ILR Queries

Hi,
I am having Tier 2 ICT visa from 2007 onwards and I have changed from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Visa in the U.K on March 15th, 2016 until April 17th, 2021.
However, I have joined in the Cos Sponsered (Tier 2 General) on April 17th, 2016.
I assume not eligible to apply for ILR under 10 years as I am out of the country for 7 months worked from offshore under Tier 2 ICT,
however, I have paid NI continuously and HMRC has given me an option to pay NI for partially paid years to be eligible for a pension.
on another note, I have applied for dependants for Tier 2 General PBS Dependant from out of the country, The issued visa date is May 11th, 2016 until April 17th, 2021.
They came to the UK on May 23rd, 2016
Please see below my stay in the UK .
Stay in the UK : 04/2007 - 09/2007
01/2008 -08/2009
12/2010 - 01/2015
07/2015 - till date
The question I have is
1. When am eligible to apply ILR ? on which month I can able to apply.
2. Doe's dependants and I can apply at the same time for ILR? If not, what are the options to get ILR?
Please clarify.
Thanks,

1. Depends. Did you apply for ICT entry clearance after 6 April 2010 or did you extend ?
2. They need 5 years in the UK for ILR

Thanks for the reply.Apologies for raising multiple queries.
1. Yes, I did ICT entry clearance after 6 April 2010 in Oct 2010.
Based on T2 Gen what is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?
2. Dependant's Visa issue date is May 11th, 2016 until April 17th, 2021 i.e 4 yrs 11 months and 6 days for expiry.
They don't have 5 years visa and came to the UK on May 23rd, 2016
Are they not eligible to apply ILR prior to 28 days expiry? Is there any option or what type of visa eligible extending their stay so that they will complete 5 years of stay in u.k and can apply ILR?
Can I able to apply at the same time I do apply for ILR or once I get ILR then only can I apply a new Visa for Dependants?
Does the time spend on T2Gen Visa and new Visa will be considered as 5 years in the UK for ILR?
Please clarify.

Within 28 days of you completing your 5 years under Tier 2 General. Time spent under Tier 2 ICT cannot be included
2. Dependant's Visa issue date is May 11th, 2016 until April 17th, 2021 i.e 4 yrs 11 months and 6 days for expiry.

They stay under PBS dependant until they have 5 years to get ILR. You must be granted ILR before them or at the same time with them
Can I able to apply at the same time I do apply for ILR or once I get ILR then only can I apply a new Visa for Dependants?
You can apply together if you are all eligible on the same day
Does the time spend on T2Gen Visa and new Visa will be considered as 5 years in the UK for ILR?
You need 5 years under Tier 2 General for ILR. Dependents need 5 years under PBS dependant visa for ILR

Hi,
1. Do you mean within 28 days means I have to consider T2 Gen Visa Issue date or Cos Start Date ?
2. " They stay under PBS Dependant Visa until 5 years means " Do i need to apply extension for T2 Gen PBS Dependant once I get ILR (or) is it possible to submit application same time ?
3. I believe I cannot apply PBS Dependant extention until I get ILR as both of us T2 Gen Visa expiry date is same. is that right ? please confirm.
thanks,

1. Visa ISSUE date. Your CoS date is irrelevant.
2. You must apply for their PBS Dependent extension before their current visas expire if they don't qualify for ILR yet.
3. You can apply for both (separate) applications at the same time. If your ILR fails, their extension application will also fail.

Depends on availability as that time
Fees:
announces/fees-2018-t228357.html#p1752521
You need to pay £500 for the priority service or £800 for super priority 24 hour service,
in addition to the standard visa fees
