Length of stay

Post by kim001 » Thu Dec 26, 2019 8:17 am

Hello,
I am applying for ILR based on 10 years long residency.
Please a need help with the following questions.
Q1. Is SET(LR) the right form to fill?
Q2. There is a question about my length of stay, as I will be applying before the completion of 10 years (10 years less 28 days). Is it right to answer 10 years or 9years and 11 month?
Q3. Do I need to disclose my family and friends info as requested in the form?

Many thanks.

1. Yes and it’s online, there is no forms anymore.
2. How long you’ve been in the UK, it’s not a trick question.
3. Yes.

Thanks Amber or your quick response. However, the second question still remains unanswered. Because this is a 10 years route, should the answer be 10 years or 9yrs,11mths?

Thank you.

How has it not been answered? If you’ve been in the UK for 9 years and 11 months then that’s the answer !
