ILR and debt/loan

Hello,
I’m completing my 5 years spouse visa in January 2020 and and I think I have to apply 28 days before for ILR..
I’m very confused and need a guaranteed ans as I’m unable to sleep because of this..
I have loan of £1500 and credit card debt of 9000 and £3000 over drawn from my bank.. I have 12 months to so hopefully I’ll be able to pay some of it but not all.. what if I clear the loan of £1500 and over drawn but £6000 still left to pay back will it effect my application I’m going to make minimum payments though.
What if I leave the overdrawn and loan both with credit card debt and just pay minimum will it affect my ILR application and lastly how much money do I have to have in my account to show that I can pay the all the debt after the ILR and will it have any negative effects on my application if loan and card minimum payments show on the bank statement?
How many months of statement do I need to provide please and I’m really confused and sad..

Debt is a civil issue and has nothing to do with your eligibility for ILR. The only debts that affect grant of leave are:
• NHS debt Any money owed to the NHS and
• Litigation debt which is a debt owed to the Home Office where the court or Tribunal has ordered you to pay their legal costs.

Keep in mind that the ILR application will cost about £2300 (probably higher after April 2020). Factor that cost into your calculations.

Thank you for the reply.
That means all of my debt and loan/overdraft will have no effect on my ILR application what so ever.
What about my Mrs debts or loan.will her loans and debts could effect my application.
can i pay my ILR fees with my credit card or does my mrs can?
Im only concerned about the loan, debt and over draft which we both have.
please reply a bit clearly so i can understand properly.
Thanks

None of those things matter to your ILR. I repeat again that personal debt has NO influence on your ILR

If you have been with the same employer for more than 6 months, you need six months worth of payslips, bank statements and employer letter. Under category A:

Hey,
Thanks
again for the reply so you are saying both of us need to submit our last 6 months bank statement i thought its just me who need to show the bank statement.Yes we both work for the same company for over a year now.
One more thing sorry to be the pain in arse lol but i have cleared the overdraft and loan by taking a loan on my mrs name..I just have 5 to pay back and im planning to pay it back through minimum monthly payments and my mrs will pay the loan installment. Will there be any issue as it will show in both of ours statement that she is paying for loan and im paying for credit card debt.
Last question can i pay the fees on my credit card i mean the ILR fees.
Thanks

No I never said that. Only one of you must submit six months of payslip, employer letter and bank statements under category A. Read the guide !!!!!!

I already answered that. You personal financial affairs is NOT relevant to ILR as long as you have the required income

Yes
