Consent form Cohabitation Documents

Hi guys,

Has anyone had to provide old documents (in my case utility bills) with people on them that you no longer have contact with?

The UKVI site says:

Where any of the information or documentation also relates to someone else (for example a joint bank account or joint utility bill) you should ask that person or persons to sign PART 2 of the consent form.

I'm not able to contact these other old flatmates to sign their consent, so not sure how to proceed.

Any advice is welcome.

For what reason are you providing old documents?

What is your visa route to ILR you are applying under??

As proof of cohabitation, my wife has applied via Ancestry route. I'm applying as her dependant.

Cheers.

How long ago is this documentation from?

You only need the last 2 years evidence of cohabitation and it can be any letter etc addressed to both or each of you at the same address, ie NHS letters, council tax if relevant, tenancy agreement, bank statements, driver's license, HMRC letters, TV licence, etc
