Hi,
I am currently in tier-2 general visa for almost 5 years and nearing the 5 years completion. Due to lot of ill treatment and financial pressure from the original sponsor, i want to accept the visa from the client, where i am currently working. If they sponsor me the visa. can i still apply for ILR or i can only apply after 1 year? Will there be any problem from the original sponsor if i move to the client's visa? Kindly provide me the details.

Thanks

Then kindly state if you are asking on behalf of someone else, or even better, ask them to register and ask their own questions as it is their application that is at risk not yours etc.

Yes, only one month's payslip and bank statement with new sponsor is required after he gets a new tier 2 visa with an ho approved sponsor to prove he meets the requirements etc.
or i can only apply after 1 year?

Unclear why he thinks this.
Will there be any problem from the original sponsor if i move to the client's visa?
Not an immigration issue. He would have to address that with his sponsors and in terms of any restrictions he has in his employment contract (and yes, UK employers enforce time restrictions etc).
