ILR application

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year!

I am finally eligible to apply for ILR (10-year route/ Long Residence).

My visa was first Student Visa, and in the past 5 years has been based on my relationship with my long term unmarried partner who became Naturalised 2 years ago. Everything in the application seems pretty straight forward until it gets to the Payment page on the Home Office website where I only get to choose Standard Service. Does this mean I am NOT eligible for Super Priority Service? Or if I pay the standard fee, the option to pay 800 extra for Super priority would come at some other point afterwards? Will I be directed to the UKVCAS to book an appointment if I pay for the Standard Service here?

Thank you!

If you are not getting super priority option it means there is no availability.

You don't get an option later to pay it.

Thank you for your reply.

"There is no availability" meaning I should try another time? Or It is not available for my case?

Do you recommend agencies who suggest they can get their client Super priority appointments? I would need my documents back asap and can't surrender them for 6 months. Is there anything I can do?

Means none available at this time due to high demand. Many members have had this problem. Some tried at odd hours and were successful in getting the option but seems it is a bit of a hit and miss.

There are no agencies that have a whole lot of slots to offer people. Everyone, agency/lawyer or individual, has to follow the same process. Any agency who says they can guarantee you a super priority appointment is likely not being truthful.

Regardless of service you use, no original documents are sent out Home Office. Everything is scanned and uploaded and you keep your originals. Standard service is about 8 weeks.
